What is Yoga-HIIT Strength & Core Conditioning?

8:30am – 9:15am 
Classes are about 45 minutes long including Warm-up & Cool Down.

Henry Hudson Park - also known as Kappock Park
2700 Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10463
We will be setting up near the Henry Hudson Monument (W 227th St and Independence ave is the closest entrance)

What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat
- Towel for added cushion (we will be on concrete)
- Water Bottle
- Weights (Optional)
- Cold Wet Towel to stay cool (Optional)
Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m the founder of Body Goddess, and dedicated to redefining how people feel about their bodies. With a holistic approach, I empower women and families to create their own versions of health and happiness through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience raising my five kids on my own while navigating my own health and fitness journey, and struggle with self-confidence that truly sets me up apart as a coach and "confidence builder".

Together, we’ll overcome obstacles, establish realistic goals for lasting results, and create a longer, healthier life where you feel confident in your body again.
