Program Details:

The "Holiday Hustle" Goddess 6-Week Outdoor Fitness Program!

Date: Monday November 11th to December 20th (6-week session)

Orientation Day: On Nov 11th only, Class times may end 15 minutes later to give ample time for the FIT Test & Fitness Assessment. (if you start after orientation day you will receive details to still complete everything.)

Registration: You will receive a link to book your classes upon registration.

Time: 45 min Classes Including Warm-up & Cool Down.
             Mornings: 8:30am – 9:15am (Mon, Thu & Fri)
             Evenings: 6:30pm – 7:15pm (Mon, Wed & Thu)
[YES, you can attend both morning and evening classes with your trial week]

Location: Seton Park - in-between W 232nd St & W 235th St on Independence Ave, Bronx, NY 10463 (meeting place will be in registration email)

If arriving by bus: Bx10, Bx20, Bx18, BxM1 and BxM2 will bring you very close while the Bx7 is about a 10min walk (so a nice warm-up)

If driving: there is usually plenty of parking on the 235th street side.

Duration: 6 weeks, up to 6 sessions per week (3 morning and 3 evening)
Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m the founder of Body Goddess, and dedicated to redefining how people feel about their bodies. With a holistic approach, I empower women and families to create their own versions of health and happiness through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience raising my five kids on my own while navigating my own health and fitness journey, and struggle with self-confidence that truly sets me up apart as a coach and "confidence builder".

Together, we’ll overcome obstacles, establish realistic goals for lasting results, and create a longer, healthier life where you feel confident in your body again.
