I’m Nicole! I’m the founder of Body Goddess, and dedicated to redefining how people feel about their bodies. With a holistic approach, I empower women and families to create their own versions of health and happiness through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience raising my five kids on my own while navigating my own health journey and struggle with self-confidence that truly sets me apart as a coach.

What equipment do I need for the Goddess Jump Start?

The workouts are designed based on what you have access to, so you can use what you have at home or at the gym. With that said, if you do not have dumbbells, bands or other weights and you want to add weight to an exercise you will see instructions for using heavy objects such as water bottles or even a purse filled with heavy objects.

Can beginners join the Goddess Jump Start?

Absolutely! The workouts are customized specifically to your needs, wants and fitness level. Modifications are provided for each exercise, so you can start where you are and build up your strength and endurance. It doesn't matter where you start you WILL get fitter, stronger and move better, following our program!

How is this program different?

This program is different because you’re different! I customize your plan to YOU — your needs, your preferences, and even your schedule. I want to set you up for success, not failure, so everything we do together is highly tailored to what will work best for you to stay consistent. 

We also emphasizes strength training, which helps build muscle, burn fat, improve mobility, and boost overall health. On top of that we Integrate the Forever Fit Formula with a strong focus on nutrition, mindset on mindset, movement, and recovery. This holistic approach ensures sustainable, lasting results.

What happens after I sign up?

When you click the button to sign up, you’ll receive your onboarding emails with all the details and instructions you need to set up the Goddess App, schedule your 1:1 pre-program strategy session and prepare for your first workout.

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is designed to be efficient and effective. Strength Workouts are generally from 30-45 minutes with HIIT and HIRT style workouts typically lasting about 15-30. BUT again, these workouts are design specifically for you, you may need a shorter workout and we’ll make that happen without sacrificing the effectiveness. All workouts are designed to easily fit into your daily schedule, whether you’re at home, in the gym, or traveling.

What if I miss a workout?

No problem! All workouts are accessible through the Body Goddess App, so you can move them around and complete them at your convenience. You’ll never miss a session, and you can even do extra workouts if you want. If you do need skip a workout completely you will need to check in and let us know why so we are able to best support you and help you stay on track.

How do I track my progress? 

The program includes multiple tracking tools such as a fitness assessment, FIT test, measurements, food, sleep, and water trackers, and a weekly workout tracker. You can track your progress directly in the Body Goddess App or if you are like me and like to physically write it down I include many versions of trackers you can use. These tools help you monitor your progress and stay motivated. As well they help me to improve your program as you progress or your needs change.

Can I participate if I have injuries or specific health concerns?

Yes, you can! When you sign up we will go over any injuries or health concerns before designing the program so I can provide appropriate modifications and ensure your safety. As well during your fitness assessment you will complete a movement screening so that I can design the perfect program for your body. However, if you have any major injuries please discuss with me prior to sign up so that I can ensure this is the right program for your needs.
