I’m Nicole! I’m the founder of Body Goddess, and dedicated to redefining how people feel about their bodies. With a holistic approach, I empower women and families to create their own versions of health and happiness through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience raising my five kids on my own while navigating my own health journey and struggle with self-confidence that truly sets me apart as a coach.

What equipment do I need?

The workouts are designed around what you already have access to, so you can use what you have at home or at the gym. 
With that said, if you do not have traditional weights like dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, etc. , you’ll receive simple, practical alternatives using everyday items when needed. Such as water bottles or even a purse filled with heavy objects.

How is this different from in-person personal training?

Unlike in-person training, where support is limited to scheduled sessions, Age With Confidence provides ongoing structure, guidance, and progress tracking between workouts.

You follow a personalized training plan, track your progress in the app, and receive consistent support — not just one hour or 30 minutes at a time.

For most women, this creates better consistency and better results than traditional in-person training.

Can I workout at my gym or is it only for home workouts?

You can train anywhere.

Your workouts are designed specifically for where you plan to train — gym, home, outdoors, or a mix. If your routine or location changes, your program adjusts with you.

Flexibility is built in.

Can beginners join?

Yes — and it’s also ideal for women who have trained before but feel stuck.

The workouts are customized specifically to your needs, wants and fitness level. Modifications are provided for each exercise, so you can start where you are and build up your strength and endurance. What if I already work out consistently? Will this still challenge me?

How long are the workouts?

Workouts are designed to be effective and realistic.

Most strength sessions fall between 30–45 minutes, with shorter HIIT/HIRT-style workouts ranging 15–30 minutes when appropriate.

Your schedule is considered when your program is built — effectiveness never depends on long workouts.

What if I miss a workout?

Life happens.

All workouts live inside the app, so you can move sessions, make them up later, or adjust your week as needed. If consistency starts slipping, support is there to help you reset and move forward — without guilt or punishment.

Progress is built over time, not by being perfect.

How do I track my progress? 

You’ll have access to multiple tracking tools, including:

You can track your progress directly in the Body Goddess App or if you prefer to physically write it down you'll have printable options as well.

Can I participate if I have injuries or health concerns?

Yes.

Your program is built with your history in mind. During onboarding, you’ll share any injuries or limitations, and you’ll complete a live movement screening as part of your fitness assessment.
