Print out a few! Keep one by your bed, in your purse, pocket, fridge. Anywhere you need a reminder.
At the end of the day try writing down what you did during to the day to help towards your goals. Are your days aligned with your goals?
Tip... Print them on a thicker paper and refer to your goals throughout the day.
