6-week Goddess Online Bootcamp
🌞 Start Date: Monday Nov. 11th to Dec 20th

🏋🏽‍♀️In-App Workouts: 3 Weekly Workouts are scheduled into your calendar in the Body Goddess app but can be moved around based on your schedule and can be completed anytime, anywhere, and done as often as you like.

💪 Orientation Day: On November 11th you will see the FIT Test scheduled into your calendar with instructions to complete it. As well I will be having an additional Live group coaching session at 1 pm EST, to help everyone get off to a great start, this will be recorded for playback.

Duration: 6 weeks of transformative workouts.

🎙️Live Group Coaching Sessions: Every Thursday at 12 pm EST, with recorded sessions available for playback. We will go over upcoming workouts, answer questions, and monitor your progress.

🏆Final Fit Test: On December 16th you will see the FIT Test scheduled into your calendar with instructions to complete it. It can be completed at any point during week 6.

Hi, I’m Nicole! I empower Women and Families to create their own versions of health and happiness, through healthy eating, physical activity, and lifestyle changes.

With a degree in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition, plus Multiple Personal Training and Health Coaching certifications, I am equipped professionally to help you. However, it is my personal experience as a mother of five having struggled through my own health and fitness journey that really sets me up to be a better coach.

I'll guide you in customizing your diet, managing cravings, and finding the right workouts for you while looking at ALL areas of your life. If you're ready and willing to be coached, I promise to get you there, even if you have no time and hate meal planning and working out!

What equipment do I need for the Online Goddess Bootcamp?

Since everyone will have access to different equipment the workouts are designed to be versatile, so you can use what you have at home or at the gym. 
Most of the workouts can be done with bodyweight even if the video shows weights and most bodyweight exercises can be done with added weight to increase intensity. 
With that said, If you do not have dumbbells or other weights you will see instructions for using heavy objects such as water bottles or a purse filled with heavy objects.

What happens after I sign up?

When you click the button to sign up, you’ll receive your onboarding emails with all the details and instructions you need to set up for the Goddess App, scheduling your 1:1 pre-program assessment and preparing for your first workout. 

How long are the workouts?

Each workout is designed to be efficient and effective, typically lasting about 30. I always suggest you do the 5min warmup and cooldown so at most the workouts could be 40 to 45 minutes. You can easily fit them into your daily schedule, whether you’re at home, in the gym, or traveling.

Can beginners join the Online Goddess Bootcamp?

Absolutely! The bootcamp is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are provided for each exercise, so you can start where you are and build up your strength and endurance.
Since everyones body and fitness level is different, I feel what sets the Goddess Bootcamp apart is how we focus on your individual progress. It doesn't matter where you start you WILL get fitter, stronger and move better, following our program!

What kind of support will I receive during the program?

You will receive weekly check-ins, live group coaching sessions, and access to a community of like-minded women for support and motivation. Plus, you’ll have direct access to me for any questions or personalized guidance.

How is this program different?

Unlike many programs that focus solely on cardio, the Goddess Bootcamp emphasizes strength training, which helps build muscle, burn fat, improve mobility, and boost overall health. On top of that we include a strong focus on mindset and goal setting. This holistic approach ensures sustainable and lasting results.

What if I miss a workout?

No problem! All workouts are accessible through the Body Goddess App, so you can complete them at your convenience. You’ll never miss a session, and you can even do extra workouts if you want.

How do I track my progress?

The program includes multiple tracking tools such as a fitness assessment, FIT test, measurements, food, sleep, and water trackers, and a weekly workout tracker. You can track your progress directly in the Body Goddess App or if you are like me and like to physically write it down I include many versions of trackers you can use.  
These tools help you monitor your progress and stay motivated.

Is there a nutrition component included in the bootcamp? 

Yes, while I do not have a specific meal plan or guidelines put together for the bootcamp, the program does includes nutrition and lifestyle challenges, and tips, support your overall health and wellness journey. 

What if I want a more complete nutrition program or personalized meal plans?

If you're looking for a more comprehensive nutrition program or personalized meal plans, I offer nutrition counseling and tailored meal plans to help you achieve your specific dietary goals. Can I participate if I have injuries or specific health concerns?

Yes, you can! Please inform me about any injuries or health concerns before starting the program so I can provide appropriate modifications and ensure your safety. However, if your needs require a completely customized plan, my personal training programs might be a better fit to ensure you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively. This will depend on the severity of the injury and your personal needs.
